How do I contact September Baby?

  • You can call us on 0400 720 957 7 days a week during our store opening hours which are: Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm, and Sunday and Public Holidays 10am – 4pm.

How much is postage?

$10 standard post with tracking Australia wide. You can read more about our Postage and Delivery in our Terms of Sale.

Do you post outside of Australia?

September Baby posts products within Australia only. You can read more about our Postage and Delivery in our Terms of Sale.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by PAYPAL or AFTERPAY.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Yes! Please contact us via email at [email protected] within 2 hours of when you placed the order if you require any changes and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

How long will delivery take?

Orders may take between 20-49 days for our internationally supplied products (apparel), although most of the time they do arrive earlier. We use that time frame to take into account potential delays at customs which are unfortunately out of our control.

This is excluding if you reside in Australia and order a Baby Gift Box, where shipping is only 3-7 business days for the products within that service.

Can I have my order addressed to a PO Box?

Yes, we can address your order to a PO Box.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, will will not refund the item unless it is damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.

Do September Baby offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer free gift wrapping in tissue paper and a keepsake box or bag depending on the size of the gift. When you get to the checkout, please tell us in the comments section if you would like to opt in for gift wrapping and if you purchased a greeting card, enter the message you’d like hand-written into the card.

Can I include apparel in a Baby Gift Box?

No, internationally supplied products (apparel) are unable to be included in a Baby Gift Box. They will be posted separately and will be delivered at different times.
